• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled so that we may be on time for our next client.
   
• Your children's safety is important to us. They must be supervised at all times in the Salon and may only be in the Salon when they have an appointment. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended!
   
• Staff Selection ... Please remember that we work as a team to please you. We believe a change can be refreshing, so feel free to try all of us at any time you wish.
   
• No cash refunds.
   
• Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations and changes to your appointment or you will be charged for that time or your gift certificate will be void.
   
• Appointments of 1 hour or more will require a credit card prepayment or gift certificate number to hold your appointment.
   
• The Salon is not responsible for lost Gift Certificates.
   
• Gift Certificates MUST be presented at time of service.
